Safety

Safety is a long term commitment of Austin Coatings. We strive through training and implementation to protect our employees. Our projects are completed with the key factor of "Safety First". All our Superintendents, Foremen, and Craftsmen are trained to execute their tasks safely. Austin Coatings is a leader in our industry by providing and requiring employees to complete safety training courses and certifications. For example: OSHA 30 hour & 10 hour Courses, CPR & First Aid Training, MSDS Training & Procedures, Confine Space Training, Scissor Lift/Boom Lift/Fork Lift Training & Certification, Scaffold Erection Training & Certification, Respirator Fit Test Training & Certification, Safety Pre-Task Daily Planning, Onsite Safety Inspections, Weekly Safety Audits and Weekly Jobsite Safety Chats. All employees are subject to Random Drug Testing. Austin Coatings commitment continues by spending numerous hours on training and certifications. Our goal is to have all employees work safe and productive while enjoying their job. Most of all we want every employee to be able to go home to their family at the of end day.
